Sr. Project Sales Engineer
We seek a proactive Sr. Sales Engineer– Project Sales to drive revenue through sales of our full electrical panels range: LT/HT panels, PCC/MCC, control panels, APFC, distribution boards, VFDs, and custom automation solutions. You’ll manage end-to-end project sales cycles for industrial, EPC, government, and infrastructure clients, ensuring targets are met with technical expertise and customer focus.
Drive customer engagement through strategic visits, site surveys, industry events, lead generation, and development of new project opportunities across key industrial sectors.
Manage techno-commercial proposals, customer follow-ups, negotiations, sales pipelines, and forecasts to achieve targets while maintaining profitable margins.
Coordinate projects from kick-off to commissioning by tracking milestones, collaborating with internal teams, resolving bottlenecks, and managing dispatch, FAT/SAT, installation, and handover activities.
Manage vendor registrations, dispatch coordination, customer communication campaigns, and market intelligence while ensuring process, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
