QC Engineer

Job Description

We seek a detail-oriented and quality-driven QC Engineer to ensure the highest standards across our electrical panels range including LT/HT panels, PCC/MCC, control panels, APFC, distribution boards, VFDs, and custom automation solutions. You will be responsible for end-to-end quality assurance—from incoming material inspection and in-process checks to final testing and compliance verification—ensuring all products meet technical specifications, industry standards, and customer requirements for industrial, EPC, government, and infrastructure projects.

E./B.Tech/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ IC/ EC.

Responsibilities

Perform panel testing and inspections to ensure functionality, wiring accuracy, and overall quality compliance.
Identify defects during inspection and coordinate immediate corrective actions with wiring and design teams.
Prepare and manage QC reports, test certificates, and all required compliance documentation.
Inspect fabrication panels at vendor sites to ensure dimensional accuracy and proper assembly as per drawings.
Conduct necessary rework and perform final quality checks before production and dispatch.
Verify materials against BOM and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth production support.
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards during testing and inspection activities.
Guide and train junior engineers to enhance inspection quality and technical skills.
Continuously improve QC processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and product reliability.
