Job Description

The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and performing various administrative and paperwork-related tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage documents efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue passes when required
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, letters)
  • Manage and organize paperwork, files, and records
  • Perform data entry and maintain office documents
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and organized
