Job Description

We seek a detail-oriented and analytical Estimation Engineer to support our project sales by preparing accurate techno-commercial proposals for a wide range of electrical panels including LT/HT panels, PCC/MCC, control panels, APFC, distribution boards, VFDs, and custom automation solutions. You will evaluate technical specifications, prepare BOQs and cost estimates, and collaborate closely with sales, design, and procurement teams to deliver competitive, compliant, and timely quotations for industrial, EPC, government, and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

  • E./B.Tech/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ IC/ EC.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyse, and prioritize project requirements while clarifying technical details with stakeholders.
  • Conduct technical analysis, client discussions, and prepare accurate BOMs and GA drawings.
  • Develop techno-commercial offers with precise cost calculations and revise them based on feedback.
  • Collaborate with vendors to optimize pricing and ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Verify BOM accuracy, prioritize orders, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing.
  • Review designs and drawings to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
  • Evaluate and price additional components to support accurate project costing.
  • Enhance efficiency by standardizing templates and implementing automation tools.
  • Guide team members, track KPIs, and ensure timely and accurate task completion.
  • Strengthen client alignment by addressing feedback and ensuring clarity in requirements and expectations.
  • Maintain estimation data and generate insights to improve accuracy, efficiency, and vendor performance.
