Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team at THEMIS AUTOMATION PVT. LTD., Ahmedabad, a leading industrial automation company.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving sales growth by providing technical expertise, developing customer relationships, and delivering tailored automation solutions to clients across industrial, machine, and process automation sectors.

This position requires strong technical knowledge of industrial automation systems, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective technical and commercial solutions.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/BE- EC/IC/ELE
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial automation sector.
  • Strong understanding of industrial control systems, PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, VFDs, Sensors, Cables, Control panel and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities in automation, robotics, drives, and connectivity solutions.
  • Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution recommendations to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and OEMs.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams to design tailored automation and robotics solutions.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and understand market trends to position our offerings effectively.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documents that meet client requirements.
  • Support after-sales service by coordinating with application and service engineering teams.
