Job Description

The Service Coordinator will manage the schedules and day to day operations of all the Technical Service Personnel. He/she must be able to manage Technical Service Personnel in a professional manner. The work environment is fast paced and the coordinator will need to be able to make quick and sound decisions. The coordinator is responsible for working in tandem with our clients.

Qualifications

  • BE/Diploma in EE/EC/EEE/IC or any Graduate
  • Problem Solving/Trouble shooting,
  • Positive Attitude
  • Preferred: – Male/Female
  • Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
  • Salary: As per industry standard

Responsibilities

  • Plans, schedules, and tracks Service Technicians for day-to-day operations. Coordinates with Service Technicians for completing client visit.
  • Serves as the initial point of contact for clients and forwards client problems to Service Technicians.
  • Coordinates with Service Technicians for requirements of clients.
  • Works under the Service Head to develop efficient office processes.
  • Coordinates with Service Head for performance review of Service Technicians.
  • Strong work ethic and service skills

  • Stay up to date with services, policies and regulations
  • Strong record-keeping and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
