The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing technical expertise to our clients in the industrial automation sector. This position requires a combination of strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions to our customers.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/BE- EC/IC/ELE
  • Knowledge of PLC, VFD, LT MCC Panel & Switchgear
  • Can co-ordinate with Sales /Service/Purchase/Production/Store
  • Problem Solving/Trouble shooting,
  • Positive Attitude
  • Preferred: – Male
  • Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
  • Salary: As per industry standard

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and revenue growth for the company’s Automation products basket and its solutions.
  • Identify and target potential clients in relevant sectors through visit, networking, and market mapping.
  • Understand client requirements and present appropriate product demonstrations and customized solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales process—from prospecting, qualifying leads, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, competition, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop go-to-market strategies and sales campaigns.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings as required.
