We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at THEMIS AUTOMATION PVT. LTD., Ahmedabad, a leading industrial automation company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base within the industrial automation domain.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and revenue growth for the company’s Automation products basket and its solutions.
  • Identify and target potential clients in relevant sectors through visit, networking, and market mapping.
  • Understand client requirements and present appropriate product demonstrations and customized solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales process—from prospecting, qualifying leads, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, competition, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop go-to-market strategies and sales campaigns.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings as required.
